Silvia Di Pasquale
Silvia has an outstanding sense of humour. She loves Italy and the world. A graduate in Communication Sciences, Silvia has worked as lead organiser, a flight assistant and also in a travel agency in London, where her cultural and professional knowledge was enriched. Her natural tendency for interpersonal relationships and her curiosity of new cultures led Silvia to work in the tourism industry, developing her career at a large Italian tour operator where she was involved in the organisation of tours overseas and in Italy. Before being employed by YIW, Silvia lived in Barcelona, where she worked in customer relations for a large airline.
Travelling, good food and the organisation of receptions and private parties in Campania, Lazio, Tuscany, Umbria and Lombardy are just some of her skills.

Milena Zingaro
Milena comes from Apulia and now lives in Milan. With a degree in Far Eastern Studies from Naples University she travelled a lot for study and work in Asia and China learning and loving the Asian way of life and culture.
She moved to Milan to work for one of the leading Italian fashion brands as Far East Department Executive Assistant; she organized amazing store opening events, and inbound/outbound travel, transfer and accomodation arrangements for attendants and company staff. Milena also had a project manager experience in an International import/export company.
At YIW she brings a breeze of South Italy with an exotic flavour.

Jacquelin Ndong
Grown up between two countries, Jacqueline takes the French romanticism and the German pragmatism to a perfect blend. The world is her place for her interest in travelling and because she fluently speaks French, German, English and Italian. Jacqueline developed her project management skills in multinational companies while her gift for relationship building together with her passion for the tourism industry lead her naturally to wedding planning. After living and working in many cities in Europe, among which Paris, Dublin, Zurich and Geneva, finally love brought her to Milan where she has settled and from where she has developed a great knowledge of the territory of the Bel Paese.

Roberto Improta
Born in Naples, Roberto has lived in various European cities, including London, Dublin and Barcelona. Having graduated in Business Studies in Dublin, he has worked for large multinationals in the IT sector in the areas of sales, marketing and people management. His professional experience overseas has fed into Roberto’s tendency towards multicultural interpersonal relationships and his discoveries of new cultures and costumes. Roberto, a partner in Plenis Velis, is an expert on the region of Campania and its areas of natural beauty, including Capri, Naples and the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts. Roberto has considerable experience in organising exclusive events in this spectacular area of Italy, as well as in Lazio, Tuscany, Umbria and Lombardy.

Titti Improta
Titti lives in Naples, she’s is a senior wedding planner and she would like the whole world to visit the Partenopean city.
It’s for this reason she’s always worked in the Tourism Industry beginning with the Incoming Tourist Business and following with the Corporate Event Organisation commissioned by multinational companies.
Her passion for event and exclusive parties organisation takes her to explore innovations like wedding celebrations in lovely Wine Tasting Resorts or on a Yacht cruising around the Island of Capri. Her solid experience, practical sense and great managerial and supervising skills make of Titti an excellent wedding planner.

Lucia Lops
Lucia Lops is a lawyer in Milan with many years of experience in the areas of canon law and family law. Furthermore, thanks to her solid out-of-court competence in matters of commercial and company law resulting in well-known international legal companies, Lucia Lops acts as a support to YIW with contractual issues and the rigorous observation to the legal requirements of the privacy act and the processing of sensitive information given by our clients.

Johnny Conte
Johnny is the founder of Plenis Velis S.r.l., an Italian services company that operates in Corporate Events & Exclusive Celebrations and that owns the YourItalianWedding.com brand. He was born in Bari and lives in Milan. Once graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University, he worked as European Web Project Manager and Large Accounts Executive for a multinational American company. He studied in Paris at INSEAD and he gained a Masters in Business Administration in London. Johnny also lived in Dublin for 2 years, where he was the Marketing & Sales Manager for a leading company in the ICT industry.
