Organising the travel and transfer arrangements for you and your guests is a delicate activity that requires professionalism, time, patience, accurate scheduling, several tests and careful checks that are indispensable to setting up the individual aspects that are needed for the best outcome of the event.

For you and your guests, YIW will:

-		organise and schedule a “Travel & Event Plan” based on your needs and the needs of your guests (arrival, accommodations, transfers, excursions and return);
-		book planes and trains for the outgoing/return journeys and buses and taxis for transfers;
-		arrange the guests’ welcome with professional tour guides in your language;
-		prepare a “Welcome Pack” with the travel and event plan;
-		arrange special assistance, where necessary.
